Im so excited to start this blog. We are faced with the opportunity every single day to make choices. I am excited to share my perspective on choosing joy in our journey through life. I have learned through trial and error that without fail, anytime I choose joy, I feel joy and when I choose anger, sadness, etc I feel anger and sadness. The question I ask myself is, "Then why do I ever choose anger and sadness? It's obviously easier said than done. Lucky for us, life is a journey and we don't have to learn it all over night.
